"Running Nate"
Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:
2 Muscle ups
4 Handstand Push ups
8 KB Swings(70)
200 meter Run
Rx - 5 rounds + 140 meter run
(muscle ups were more jumping than kipping - they need work)
