5x2 Front Squat & OTM 20...
5x2 Front Squat at 90% of 1RM - 215lbs. Pretty happy after "Vested Clovis" yesterday.
OTM: 20 ODD – GYMNASTICS PULLING EVEN – MOVEMENT OF CHOICE
