5 Rounds For Max Reps:
Hammer Strength Bench Press, Bodyweight (160)
Bar Muscle Ups
BP - 20-15-13-13-14 - 75 reps
MU - 8-7-6-5-6 - 32 reps
*rest as needed between sets and movements. Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
