LeverEdge Bench - 180lbs
Incline Dumbbell Press - 35lbs
Low-to- High Fly - 40lbs
Drag Curls - 40lbs
Zottman Curls - 12lbs
*Rested 15-30 seconds in between sets. 5-10 between Bench Presses
