"Drag Race" & "Strike Out"...
"Drag Race" 10-8-6-4-2 of: Deadlift (155) Ring Push Up 2:56 Rx Rest 5 minutes then: "Strike Out" 4 Rounds for Time: 200M Row 10 Toes-to-Bar 7:46 Rx Still sluggish but felt good to do something!

Steroids are only necessary to achieve the "crazy" big look.. everything else can be achieved with diet and dedication..
