For total reps A. AMRAP 6 12 push-ups 6 Hang Power Cleans 155 -rest 6 minutes- B. AMRAP 6 12 push-ups 6 Hang Power Cleans 155 Round 1: 5+12 Round 2: 4+15 Rx. All HPCs unbroken. That should be named: "Pain - Rest - Pain".
