Close grip Football Bar Bench - 3x5 @ 158lbs (38lb bar) *2 inch deficit
Football Bar Hammer Curls - 2x25 @ 40lbs
Double DB Cheat Curls - 3x3 @ 130lbs (65lb DBs)
Dips - 30 reps @ BW
