Medicine Ball Crush Curls - 4x16 @ 15lbs
Rope Triceps Extensions - 4x16 @ 32.5
Decline Pseudo Planche Push Ups - 3x8
Elbow Lowers - 3x8
Finish with - 2 finger front lever - 6 seconds!
