Heart Attack Cardio...

Today I did the following with as little rest as possible between sets:

Farmers Walks - 32kg bells - 8 sets of 150 feet each
Burpees - 8 sets of 10 - 80 reps

I finished with:

Shrugs - 40kg bells - 3 sets of 15 reps - 45 reps
