Weighted Pull Ups & "Schlitz"...

1. Weighted Pull ups
3 x 3 across - 32kg Kettlebell

2. "Schlitz"
4 rounds for time of: 19:48
400 meter Run
4 Muscle Ups
30 Double Unders
 
Got my 1st Muscle Up on my 1st attempt! Nice.
 
I need to work on my double unders. I have not jumped rope in years.

Thank Mark! I was pumped. Kicked my ass to do 16 total after...Must be all the KB training!
