My training looked like this:

10 Double Swipes (2 Clubbells) - 15lb clubbell
10 Hammer Swings (two-handed: 5 Clockwise / 5 Counter-Clockwise) - 15lb clubbell
10 Hammer Throws (two-handed: 5 Clockwise / 5 Counter-Clockwise) - 15lb clubbel
5 Knees to Elbows
I finished with: 250 "Running" Single Unders
