“Big Broken Angie”
•4 Rounds for time of:
•25 Kipping Pull Ups
•25 Chest to Deck Push Ups
•25 GHD Sit Ups
•25 Back Squats (95)
This is a bigger version of the original “Angie” wod. But instead of 100 reps in a row of Pull ups, Push ups, Sit ups and Squats, we are breaking this into 4 rounds of 25 reps with loads or increased difficulty
