95 pound Overhead squat, 21 reps

42 Pull-ups

95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

30 Pull-ups

95 pound Overhead squat, 9 reps

18 Pull-ups

Had a plan and stuck to it:
OHS: 11/10, 8/7 & 9
Pull ups: 7×6, 5×6, 3×6
Last round turned into singles. Started at 9:30 and it took me 1:28 to get 18 pull ups.
