PR One - 15 Minutes:
Machine Press - 75#- 70 reps
DB Hammer Curls - 40# - 70 reps each arm

2 minute rest: 

PR Two - 10 Minutes:
Bench Dips - 70 reps 
One-arm Cable Lateral Raises - 70 reps each arm
