20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Capped at 45:00 
4 rounds plus 115 reps (25 short of finishing) 6:15 SLOWER THAN LAST TIME. 

Last three rounds of pull ups unbroken. Small mental victory!
