Close-Grip BP - 10x5 - 165lbs 
Cable One-arm Lateral Raise - 3x8 - 22.5lbs
Cable One-arm Front Raise - 3x8 - 12.5lbs
Cable Bent-over Lateral Raise - 3x8 - 12.5lbs
Seated O-Head Plate Raise - 5x8 -25lbs
