I really like your new approach with the more Lifting less metcon. Questions: you do the two exercises in a superset back and forth? How Long does it take, a workout like this? Whats your warmup?
Thanks!This took me about 30 minutes. I usually do some really light sets first. Loving the lifting. Trying to add back in more metcons for more of a balance.
