German Volume Training - Back/Chest...
Double Kettlebell High Pulls - 7X10 @ 35lbs Floor Press - 7x10 @ 155lbs One-arm KB Press (53) - 2X8 One-arm KB row (70) KBHPs really get your HR up. My max HR was 165.
