Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout...
I did the 4 rounds of the Extreme KB Cardio Workout with the 16kg bell.
My training looked like this:
The Manmaker - 100 reps
Upper Body Blast - 160 reps
Swing Workout - 180 reps
Slingshot - 130 reps
I finished with:
Arm Casts - 15lb clubbells - 50 each arm - 100 reps
