500 Reps...

My training looked like this:

Snatch - 16kg bell - 40 sets of 5/5 - 400 reps
Dips - 24kg bell - 20 sets of 5 - 100 reps

Snatches - 14,080lbs
Dips - 21,280lbs (160lbs body weight + 24kg bell)
