A-1 Dips - 10x10 @ 20lbs
A-2 Chin Ups - 10x10 @ 17.5bs
B-1 lateral raises - 3x10 @ 35lbs*
B-2 bent-over laterals - 3x10 @ 35lbs*
* 45lb Plate Carry in between each round.
Cash Out:
Overhead Plate Raise - 3x15 @ 25lbs
DB Upright Row - 3x15 @ 20lbs
