LeverEdge Press - 250lbs-270lbs-290lbs/270lbs-290lbs-310lbs then, THREE reps @ 400lbs

Dumbbell Row - 90lbs-100lbs-110lbs/100lbs-110lbs-120lbs

Finished with: 225lbs barbell bench for 5 reps!
