I wanted to concentrate on core work today while mixing in my snatches.
My training looked like this:
Windmill - 24kg bell - 30 reps
Figure 8/Hold - 24kg bell - 30 reps
Slingshot - 24kg bell - 30 reps
Hanging Leg Raise - 30 reps
H2H Clean - 16kg bell - 30 reps
I finished with:
Snatch - 24kg bell - 50 reps
Snatch - 16kg bell - 100 reps
