After my 300 snatches last night I was tried this morning so I took it easy and did not do any snatches. Just a light and quick workout.
My training looked like this:
Chin Ups -20 reps
Dips - 20 Reps
Smith Machine Incline Presses - 185lbs - 20 reps
Windmills - 16kg bell - 20 reps each side
