5 Mile Ruck with 25#
Rucked 5 miles with Rob Seymour and Duca. Time was 1:09:59 with 25# pack. Pace was 14:01. Last mile was 11:32. Good times!

Yea. We hoofed it this morning. Especially at the end. It is a great way to mix things up!
I can't walk that fast yet with no pack! I'm about 3 mph on fast day. nice work.
Thanks! Doing my best to train with the kids schedule and driving 1000 miles a week for work. It's killing my fitness level.
