Gironda 8x8 - Legs (Hack Squats)...
Hack Squats - 155lbs* then, 225x5, 275x4, 315x3
Seated Calf Raises - 110lbs* then, 130x5, 140x5
*Superset
Finished with: Dumbbell Romanian DLs - 8x8 @ 50lbs then 100lbs x3
