Barbell Curls - 75lbs
Then,
Kettlebell Squat Curls - 3x4 @ 97lbs
Kettlebells Crush Bench Press - 3x4 @ 70lbs
Cash Out: Max Reps - Close Grip Chin Ups @ 35lbs - Got eleven.
