Cash Out: Over-the-Shoulder Sandbag Throws - 10 reps @ 100lbs*
I only had about 20 minutes to work out today but I didn't want to skip my workout so I got in five sets of five of squats and 10 over the shoulder sandbag throws. Took me 15 minutes. Something is always better than nothing and mentally it's exactly what I needed.
