Happy birthday to your wife...Rob are you going to the Big Seminar with Cosgrove, Ferrugia, Wendler and Murphy. It is right at total performance sports in Everett on Oct 27. I am going..as a trainer I like to see what these guys are doing with their clients.
Thanks! I have not heard about that but sounds interesting. Maybe I will try to get over there. I am going to be just getting back from FLA with the family before that date.
