I did not sleep well last night and am beat from my training lately (1000 reps in the last 4 days) so I just did some flexibility and core work.
My training looked like this:
Hanging Leg Raises - 25 reps
Arm Behind the Back Windmills - 24kg bell - 20 reps
Punch Matrix - 20 reps
