"Helen" & Clubbell Training...

My training looked like this:

"Helen"
Run 400m
21 Kettle Bell Swings - 24kg
12 Pull Ups
3 Rounds For Time: 13:43

I finished with:

Hammer Swings - 15lb club - 100 reps (50 clockwise/50 counter-clockwise)
Hammer Throws - 15lb club - 100 reps (50 clockwise/50 counter-clockwise)

Nice...Why the addition of crossfit mentality? Just curious.. Do you do any of Sonnon's other stuff besides CBs?

If you look at my workouts I have been doing my version of crossfit for a while anyway. Mixing up different exercises. Speed, strength, power, flexibility...etc. So it was a natural progression. Plus I want to mix some barbell moves back in a bit. It has been years since I have trained like that. I am still going to use kettlebells and clubbells. I only plan on two days a week of crossfit.

Currently I only do CB's from Scott. I have some of the other stuff and will work it in eventually.
