Calf Raises - 90 reps at 160lbs then,
RackPull Ups - Chains (one for 5 sets, 2 for 1 set)
T Bar Row- 135lbs
DB Pullovers - 95lbs
EZ Bar Close Grip Pullover/Press - 50lbs
Rope Pushdowns - 80lbs
KB Triceps Extension - 44lbs
