Incline Dumbbell FLY - 35lbs
Dumbbell Pullovers - 50lbs
Cable Drag Curls - 35lbs
Dead-stop Hammer Curls - 20lbs
Dumbbell Crush Curls - 50lbs
*Rested 15-30 seconds in between sets
Cash Out: DB Curl - 3x3 @ 50lbs
