Calf Raises - 75 reps at 140lbs then,
Weighted Pull Ups - 20lb vest
Reverse Barbell Row- 165lbs
DB Pullovers - 90lbs
LeverEdge Close BP - 200lbs
Triceps Extension - 80lbs
Weighted Dips - 25/15/10 - 50 reps - 20lbs vest
