Incline Dumbbell Fly- 40x3x6/50x3x6
Cable Drag Curls - 50x3x6/60x3x6
DB Curls - 50lbs then 1x5@65lbs
Cable Curls - 70lbs
*Rested 15-30 seconds in between sets
