Lateral Raise - 25lbs x 12 then,

Lateral Raise - AMRAP @ 20lbs - 15 reps 

Seated Machine Overhead Press - 140lbs x 12 then,

AMRAP @ 100lbs - 15 reps

DB Shrugs - 75lbs x 12 then,
