Shoulders - Kettlebells…

I have a 285 mile drive to my first appointment today. Only had 25 minutes to train so I did this. Something is always better than nothing.


Kettlebell Military Press - 5x5 @ 53lbs 

Kettlebell Iron Cross - 5x8 @ 35lbs, then 3x3

AVG HR - 120 BPM

MAX HR - 146 BPM
