2009 Training Goals...

Here are my 2009 training goals:
  • 200 Snatches with the 24kg bell in 10 minutes (SSST)
  • 100 Sntaches with the 24kg bell with just one hand switch
  • 1000 snatches with the 16kg bell in one workout
  • Press 48kg bell
  • Snatch 48kg bell
  • 50,000 total snatches (I am @ 12,500 right now and figure 4,000 a month will get me there by the end of 2009
  • Complete RKC
