Extreme KB Cardio Workout & Snatches...

I wanted to ease off a bit today and use a lighter bell than I have been so I did the first 2 rounds of the Extreme KB Cardio Workout with the 16kg bell. There were 260 total reps plus 100 snatches.

My training looked like this:
  • The Manmaker - 100 reps
  • Upper Body Blast - 160

I finished with:

Snatches - 16kg bell - 100 reps
