DB & Bodyweight Circuit...

I am at a hotel and do not have access to a kettlebell so I did a circuit using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.

My training looked like this:

Incline Flys - 50lbs - 30 reps
Pull Ups - 30 reps
Iron Cross - 35lbs - 30 reps
DB Snatches - 35lbs - 30 reps per arm
Incline Hammer Curls - 35lbs - 30 reps per arm

I finished with:

Push Ups - 50 reps
