Core...

I took it easy today and just worked my core. I may do some snatches tonight after work.

My training looked like this today:

Windmills - 24kg bell - 40 reps
Plank - 4 reps of 60 seconds
Hanging Leg Raise - 30 reps
Hanging Pikes - 30 reps
