5x5...

I decided to train for strength today and mix in a few exercises that I normally do not perform.

My training looked like this:

Barbell Clean & Press - 115lbs - 25 reps
Smith Incline Press - 205 - 25 reps
Double Suitcase KB Deadlift - 40kg bells - 25 reps
