CFNE Master WOD #2

I worked on form on my Thrusters then did a dry run on WOD# 2 for Saturday's competition. Did not go all out but wanted to get a feel for the WOD. 

Also practiced my snatch into OHS for WOD #3.

WARMING UP is going to be key for Saturday!

10 Power Cleans (95)
50 Single Unders
3 rounds + 6 reps
