25 Rep Squat Pyramid...
185 x 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 - 25 reps.
Making sure depth as as ass to grass as I can. Feeling good Lewis!
Just needed to squat after 3 sets of 20 rep squats on Wednesday!
