3 Trap Bar Deadlifts OTM for 25 minutes @ 315lbs
then, 405x1, 495 - FAIL
Dumbbell “Runs” - 4x30 @ 160lbs (80s)
Cash Out: Front Lever - 22 seconds then 25 seconds! (5 second PR!)
