I wanted to do Yoke Walks today while trying to practice social distancing. So,
I set up the rack in the driveway and carried my bodyweight (155lbs) back-and-forth 60M at a time. AVG HR - 143BPM!
Barbell Carries - 30x60M @ 155lbs
