Core...

It has been a while since I just trained core. Today I mixed a few new exercises into my training.

L Bridge - 3 sets f 10
Gladiator - 12kg bell - 3 sets of 10 seconds each side
Windshield Wipers - 3 sets of 5 each direction
Windmills - 24kg bell - 3 sets of 5 each side
