5 Sets of 5...

My training looked like this today:

Snatches - 24kg bell - 5x5 each arm - 50 reps
L Seat Pull Ups - 5x5 - 25 reps
C & P - 24kg bell - 5x5 each arm - 50 reps

I finished with:

Turkish Get Ups - 24kg bell - 5 reps each arm - 10 reps
