Strength...

I mixed it up today and focused on strength instead of strength-endurance.

My training looked like this:

Push Ups - 50 reps
Swings - 24kg bell - 50 reps
Pull Ups - 50 reps
Iron Cross - 20kg bells - 50 reps
Snatches - 16kg bell - 50 reps
