Snatches, L Seat Pull Ups & HIIT Cardio....

I was a little thick headed this morning after my wife threw a surprise 40th birthday party for me last night. But I wanted to sweat it out.

My training looked like this:

Snatches - 16kg bell - 100 reps
L Seat Pull Ups - 25 reps

I finished with High Intensity Interval Training on the treadmill. I alternated between walking at 4 MPH for 1 minute and running at 12 mph for 1 minute. I did this for 10 minutes.

Do all treadmills go that fast? I haven't been on one in years but remembered a slower pace? Great workout and happy birthday!

Not all. The one I used @ the Westin in Boston last week only went to 10mph. I hate running but it is pretty easy after all the snatches I have been doing. Thanks Sandy! 5 Weeks till the RKC for me and my wife. I need to step up my training.
